Cancellations & No Shows-
Out of respect for both my time and my guests' time, I ask for 72 hours or more notice for all cancellations / rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellations with less than 72 hours will result in 25% scheduled service cost charged to your card on file. 48 hours notice or less, will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services to your card on file. 24 hours notice or less, will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled services to your card on file. No shows will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled services to your card on file.And will require a deposit to book again. More than 2 no shows will result in not being able to book in the future.

New clients will need to pay a $100 deposit to secure their appointment slot. This will go towards the appointment cost. If you cancel the appointment the deposit is forfeited. You are allowed one rescheduled appointment. Two rescheduled appointments are subject to a fee. There will be a $50 non refundable rescheduling fee if your appointment has been booked for 30 days. Charged to your card on file.

I understand life happens, emergencies happen, unexpected things pop up. It happens to me too! Please maintain open communication as I value both my time & yours immensely!

Appointments-
Modifications to appointments must be made ahead of time. The more notice the better! (Minimum 7 days before or you will still be charged for the full appointment that was scheduled) Example: If you schedule for a full blonding service, but then last minute say just a haircut when you come in. This will still be charged as a full blonding service unless you give a minimum of 7 days notice, so I have time to adjust my schedule.


Running Late-

Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure the best experience possible! I understand things like traffic can be unpredictable - please give a courtesy text/call if you are anticipating running late & I will do the same for you!

I have roughly a 15 minute buffer with all appointments if you are more than 15 minutes late this may result in modifying the services I am able to offer and you will still be charged for the services scheduled. If I am unable to modify your appointment while maintaining the end goal in mind, I may respectfully ask that we reschedule and a no show charge will apply.

If I am able to move forward with your service and we are pushed beyond our scheduled time together, a late fee will be applied.


Card on File/Deposits-

In order to book an appointment with me a card must remain on file at all times to reserve your spot and in the case of a late cancellation or no show. If the card is removed, future appointments will be canceled.

All deposits are non refundable - this includes new client deposits and extension deposits. Deposits are to be applied towards the service day of and may be forfeited in the event of canceling. Clients are subject to paying a $50 reschedule fee for more than one rescheduled appointment that have been booked for 30 days.

Service Adjustments & Refunds-

Refunds are NOT offered on services.

My goal with every visit is a fully satisfied guest! I do my best to set realistic expectations with our time together to ensure the end goal is exactly what you are expecting, and hopefully much much more! Should you have challenges with your hair after our time together I ask you to notify me within 7 days of your visit. I only guarantee hair if products are purchased through me. ( If your hair comes out to the goal and you just change your mind and don't like it, adjusting it will be considered a new service and will cost extra to do.) Communication is key so we can be on the same page and have a plan moving forward.

Extension hair is final sale. There is no refunds on extension hair. I can exchange it if it is new, unused and there is a problem with the hair, but you will be responsible for shipping/restocking fees.
